TIME and Statista scored companies on three measurable dimensions
The ranking, compiled by TIME and Statista, drew on survey data from more than 200,000 employees worldwide to assess satisfaction through direct recommendations and peer evaluations. Revenue growth criteria required companies to show three-year top-line growth with revenues exceeding $100 million. Sustainability transparency was measured across environmental impact, social responsibility and governance practices.
