New York – October 15, 2026 -- Deloitte Tax LLP and AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) vendor Sirion have formed a US alliance to overhaul how enterprises manage contract obligations and supplier relationships, pairing Deloitte's Legal Business Services (LBS) transformation practice with Sirion's CLM platform.

The two companies are expanding their collaboration on integrated AI-powered solutions that give deeper visibility into commercial terms, supplier relationship data and contractual compliance across complex global supply chains.
