New York – October 15, 2026 -- Deloitte Tax LLP and AI-native contract lifecycle management (CLM) vendor Sirion have formed a US alliance to overhaul how enterprises manage contract obligations and supplier relationships, pairing Deloitte's Legal Business Services (LBS) transformation practice with Sirion's CLM platform.
Alliance links contract data to procurement, finance and ERP systems
The two companies are expanding their collaboration on integrated AI-powered solutions that give deeper visibility into commercial terms, supplier relationship data and contractual compliance across complex global supply chains. The alliance may also help connect contract data with procurement, finance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
The companies say these capabilities are increasingly critical to a global organization's digital core, as CLM becomes a core consideration in ERP transformation projects.
Deloitte executives frame CLM as a function beyond legal
Carin Giuliante, chair and CEO of Deloitte Tax LLP, said contract management now matters not only to legal teams but also to tax, finance, procurement and the wider enterprise. She described the alliance as an effort to reimagine contract management as a driver of business value, insight and risk mitigation.
Mark Ross, US Sirion alliance leader and LBS growth and markets leader at Deloitte Tax LLP, said CLM is moving from a back-office function to a strategic enabler of business transformation. He said the collaboration is meant to help clients streamline supplier and customer relationships and deliver measurable outcomes across tax, legal and finance functions.
Sirion targets compliance, supplier performance and ERP programs
Sirion CEO Ajay Agrawal said the platform was built to handle the complexity of global supply chains and financial relationships. He said the alliance may help organizations use AI to promote contract compliance, improve supplier performance and support broader technology transformations, including ERP initiatives.
Sirion's platform supports more than seven million contracts across over 100 languages, according to the company. The companies cite continued growth in demand for CLM solutions as the driver of the partnership, though the announcement discloses no financial terms, client names or deployment timelines.
