Under the arrangement, eligible Sentric Specialty policyholders will receive direct access to NAS's advisory services covering product safety, regulatory compliance, food safety, recall preparedness, crisis management and enterprise risk reduction. The relationship is structured to support clients both before and after a product safety incident, rather than only after a claim is filed.
