PARIS – October 30, 2026 -- Ekinops (Euronext Paris: EKI) has joined Orange Business in a decarbonization plan aimed at the Scope 3 emissions that made up 81% of Orange Business's carbon footprint last year. The plan supports Orange Group's goal of reaching Net-Zero emissions by 2040.

Equipment and customer use account for 43% of Orange Business emissions

The 81% Scope 3 share came from equipment purchases, customer equipment use, services and other purchases. Equipment and customer use alone made up 43%. The plan targets these areas first with Ekinops and is meant to pave the way for collaboration with other suppliers.

It aligns Orange Business with Orange Group's 'Trust the Future' strategy, which builds growth around trust, innovation and sustainability.

Paris – October 14, 2026 -- Ekinops reported Q3 2026 revenue of €31.9m, up 43% on Q3 2025 (+42% at constant scope and exchange rates) and up 4% sequentially from Q2 2026, and raised its full-year growth target to high single digits.

Nine-month sales reach €90.1m, up 13%

Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 totaled €90.1m, up 13% year on year (+11% at constant scope and exchange rates). Olfeo, consolidated since October 14, 2026, contributed €1.8m to Q3 revenue. Chimere, consolidated since October 14, 2026, made a non-material contribution, as expected.

Paris – September 30, 2026 -- Bluebird Fiber has signed a multi-year agreement with Ekinops to deploy carrier-grade optical networking equipment across its Midwest fiber backbone, enabling 100G to 400G wavelength services to meet rising hyperscale and wholesale data center demand.

Bluebird Fiber operates 36,000 route miles across twelve states

The infrastructure provider connects more than 450 Points-of-Presence and over 750,000 on-net and near-net buildings in the U.S. Midwest. The new agreement expands an existing relationship, making Ekinops a strategic technology partner for Bluebird's ongoing network upgrade and expansion program.

Paris – September 15, 2026 -- Ekinops (Euronext Paris: EKI) and PacketFront Software Solutions AB have formed a partnership to offer European service providers a commercially competitive alternative to incumbent networking stacks, combining Ekinops' optical networking edge hardware with PacketFront's BECS orchestration platform.

Ekinops supplies network edge while PacketFront handles automation

Under the deal, Ekinops will provide the physical network edge infrastructure, while PacketFront's BECS platform delivers orchestration, automation and service management. Ekinops platforms have been certified by PacketFront Software to operate with BECS.
