Lorex Adds V7 4K Camera, 16-Channel NVR to Commercial Security Line

Toronto – September 16, 2026 -- Lorex Technology has launched a V7 4K PoE camera and a 16-channel VF network video recorder (NVR), extending its Connect V Series into commercial-grade surveillance territory for properties requiring wider coverage and higher-capacity storage.
V7 camera adds facial and license plate recognition when paired with new NVR
The V7 camera introduces the V Series' strongest low-light performance to date, capturing color footage without spotlights and covering wide areas such as driveways, storefronts or parking lots that previously required multiple units. When connected to the VF NVR, it enables license plate and facial recognition alerts regardless of lighting or weather, and includes Lens Distortion Correction to straighten wide-angle footage. The unit carries an IP67 all-weather rating.
