Oslo – October 19, 2026 -- Multiconsult ASA shareholders approved the company's merger with Rejlers AB (publ) at an extraordinary general meeting on 19 October 2026, clearing every item on the agenda as proposed.

Merger plan dated 7 September 2026 passes without amendment

The adopted resolution states that the merger plan dated 7 September 2026 is approved, with Multiconsult as the transferring company and Rejlers AB as the acquiring company.

Under that structure, Multiconsult (Oslo: MULTI) is the entity being absorbed, while Rejlers AB is the surviving acquirer.

Meeting records published on company website

Multiconsult said the minutes of the meeting, including the record of attending shareholders and the voting protocol, are attached to its disclosure and available on its website. The company issued the information under the disclosure requirements of section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

Stockholm and Oslo – September 10, 2026 -- Multiconsult ASA and Rejlers AB have agreed to merge into a combined pan-Nordic consultancy group with close to 8,000 employees and a market capitalisation of nearly SEK 8 billion.

Boards approve merger of equals with 54-46 ownership split

Under the joint cross-border merger plan adopted by both boards, each Multiconsult shareholder will receive 0.9725 Rejlers class B shares per share held, giving Multiconsult shareholders 54% and Rejlers shareholders 46% of the new entity. The combined company will be named Multiconsult Rejlers and will be dual listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Euronext Oslo Børs.
