New York – September 12, 2026 -- Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK) has appointed Timothy Adams, Matthew Salzberg, and Michael Thompson to its Board of Directors, adding executives with backgrounds spanning public-company finance, consumer-brand scaling, and technology investing.
Adams brings two decades of CFO experience at cybersecurity and compliance firms
Timothy Adams currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Validity Inc. and previously held the CFO role at Rapid7, Inc. and BitSight Technologies, Inc. He has led IPOs, M&A deals, and capital raises, and previously chaired the Audit Committee on Model N's board.
