Timothy Adams currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Validity Inc. and previously held the CFO role at Rapid7, Inc. and BitSight Technologies, Inc. He has led IPOs, M&A deals, and capital raises, and previously chaired the Audit Committee on Model N's board.
Salzberg scaled Blue Apron to $910 million in annual revenue before its 2017 IPO
Matthew Salzberg founded meal-kit company Blue Apron in 2011 and served as its CEO for six years, growing the business to more than 5,000 employees before leading its public listing and later chairing its board. He is now co-founder and Chairman of alternative investment manager Unlimited, and co-founded Embark Veterinary and Coldcart.
Thompson manages Reinvent Capital and sits on boards spanning aerospace and nuclear energy
Michael Thompson has served as Managing Partner of Reinvent Capital since 2017, a fund focused on technology companies. He previously founded hedge fund BHR Capital and currently holds board seats at Joby Aviation, Oklo Inc., and American Banknote Corporation, with an advisory role at Xona Space Systems.
