Wellinks Names Ex-Teladoc COO, UConn Health CEO to Board

New Haven, Conn. – September 04, 2026 -- Wellinks, a virtual-first cardiopulmonary care company, has appointed Andrew Agwunobi, MD, MBA, and Mike Waters to its Board of Directors while adding three vice presidents to its management team, the company said.
Former Teladoc COO Mike Waters joins Wellinks board with digital health portfolio
Waters, who spent more than two decades in strategic operations and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Teladoc Health, also brings 15-plus years from Providence Health, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of its Ambulatory Care Network. He currently holds board roles across six digital health companies, including Chair positions at Ieso and Brook Health.
