Waters, who spent more than two decades in strategic operations and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Teladoc Health, also brings 15-plus years from Providence Health, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of its Ambulatory Care Network. He currently holds board roles across six digital health companies, including Chair positions at Ieso and Brook Health.

Agwunobi, a pediatrician who serves as CEO and Executive Vice President for Health Affairs at UConn Health, previously led Humana's $3 billion Home Solutions business as President. His prior roles include Interim President of the University of Connecticut, President and CEO of Grady Health System, CEO of Providence Healthcare, and Secretary of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
Wellinks promotes two internal executives and hires customer success chief
Stephanie Solich joins as Vice President of Customer Success, bringing more than 20 years of experience in health system partnerships and revenue cycle strategy to oversee client implementation and program value. Stephanie Willard, MHA, RRT-NPS, moves up from Senior Director of Clinical Innovation to Vice President of Clinical Operations, drawing on 15-plus years in respiratory care to manage care delivery and clinical workflows. Andrew Brimer, with over a decade in healthcare hardware and software engineering, is promoted to Vice President of Technology to lead platform development for the company's integrated cardiopulmonary care solution.
Chairman links leadership expansion to secured financing and growth plans
Kevin Rakin, Chairman of Wellinks' Board, said the company's predictive care model combines clinical expertise, technology, and operational execution to enable earlier risk identification. He tied the appointments to financing already secured to fund the company's next growth phase and to scaling its impact with partners and patients.
