Denver – October 29, 2026 -- Earlytrade, a construction fintech that has negotiated more than $3 billion in early payments globally, has named Palmer Consulting Group its preferred CMiC integration and implementation partner. Palmer will also offer Earlytrade to its CMiC clients as its recommended early payment provider.
General contractors on CMiC can connect to Earlytrade in six to eight weeks
Palmer configures the integration to each general contractor's CMiC environment and guides implementation and adoption. Initial deployments target CMiC on-premise and PaaS environments. CMiC Cloud capabilities are planned as part of the joint roadmap.
Finance teams keep their current accounting workflows, and approved subcontractor invoices become available for early payment.
Contractors fund early payments from their own working capital
Earlytrade is not factoring, supply chain finance or lending. General contractors pay subcontractors early from their own cash. Earlytrade CEO and co-founder Guy Saxelby said the model lets contractors "earn margin on cash that would otherwise sit idle" while strengthening their supply chain.
Power Construction runs Earlytrade across all of its projects
Power Construction, a CMiC user, has applied Earlytrade to every project. Since launch, Power and its trade partners have taken part in millions of dollars of early payment opportunities. Brian Herold, VP of Finance at Power, cited transparency into invoice status, greater certainty on payment timing and a yield on available cash.
Dave Anderskow, President of Palmer, said Palmer's knowledge of the CMiC ecosystem allows the Earlytrade integration to be configured and delivering value within weeks.
Both firms exhibit at CMiC CONNECT 2026 in Orlando from Nov. 1-4
Earlytrade and Palmer will exhibit at CMiC's annual customer conference in Orlando, Florida. They will then co-host an introductory webinar for CMiC users, including current Palmer clients, on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026, at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.
