Ex-Google Executive Fratarcangeli Joins Qtonic Quantum as Alliance Advisor

Miami – September 15, 2026 -- Qtonic Quantum has appointed Gina Fratarcangeli, a former Google Managing Director who oversaw an $8 billion Global Strategic Integrator ecosystem, as Senior Advisor for AI Transformation and Global Alliances. The move brings three decades of enterprise leadership from Google, Accenture, IBM and Genpact to a quantum cyber risk company scaling its post-quantum readiness business.

Fratarcangeli drove 89% year-over-year growth leading Google's North America systems integrator business

At Google, Fratarcangeli managed profit-and-loss portfolios of up to $5 billion and guided enterprise modernization programs for Fortune 1000 companies. Her joint AI go-to-market strategies with global systems integrators delivered 89% year-over-year growth, according to the company.

Qtonic Quantum links cryptographic discovery, risk validation and remediation planning under one framework

Fratarcangeli will advise on commercial strategy and partnerships with cloud providers and global systems integrators tied to Qtonic Quantum's Find. Prove. Fix. approach. The framework connects three offerings: QScout, which discovers cryptographic exposure; QStrike, which validates material security risks through scoped testing; and QSolve, which converts findings into prioritized remediation and migration plans with defined owners and dependencies.

"Customers need a clear connection between what an assessment finds and what their organization should do next," said Mark Schrick, Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts & Global Alliances at Qtonic Quantum. He said Fratarcangeli's understanding of how enterprise leaders, technology providers and delivery partners make joint decisions will shape how the company builds partnerships across a customer's full migration journey.

Advisory role targets integration of post-quantum readiness into broader cloud and AI transformation budgets

Fratarcangeli's mandate covers enterprise buying priorities, alliance strategy and how post-quantum readiness gets folded into existing AI, cloud and infrastructure transformation programs. She will also guide the development of joint offerings and commercial relationships with systems integrators, cloud providers and channel partners.

Fratarcangeli holds quantum and cloud certifications from MIT, executive credentials from Harvard Business School and Wharton, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. She sits on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards and is an elected member of the International Women's Forum.
