Jacksonville Beach, Fla. – September 24, 2026 -- FaverGray has broken ground on a 415-unit market-rate multifamily community on the former site of Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach, marking the general contractor's second project with developer Trevato Development.
Development spans 10.7 acres with 410,509 square feet of new construction
The project will introduce a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units across two three-story residential buildings. Approximately 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space will be included alongside the residential units.
Design team specifies traditional Southern architecture with brick and metal roofing
Dynamik Design is leading the architectural work, specifying brick and fiber cement exteriors with standing-seam metal roofing. Resident amenities will include a fitness center, clubroom, resort-style pool courtyard, leasing office, mail and parcel room, and dog park. Parking will be handled through a four-story precast garage plus additional surface spaces.
FaverGray leader calls the site "our own backyard"

Construction is now underway on the site, with the developer and contractor targeting completion in Q4 2028.
