Jacksonville Beach, Fla. – September 24, 2026 -- FaverGray has broken ground on a 415-unit market-rate multifamily community on the former site of Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach, marking the general contractor's second project with developer Trevato Development.

Development spans 10.7 acres with 410,509 square feet of new construction

The project will introduce a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units across two three-story residential buildings. Approximately 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space will be included alongside the residential units.
