The platform combines clinical signals from EMR systems with giving history and engagement data from CRM systems, using GOBEL's proprietary AI-powered predictive models. Unlike general nonprofit benchmarking tools, these models were trained specifically on combined clinical and philanthropic records for healthcare philanthropy applications.
Each profile carries a Gratify score paired with wealth capacity data
Fundraisers receive a Gratify score indicating likelihood to give, displayed alongside wealth capacity data, clinical context, and giving history. GOBEL says every profile includes an explainability layer that details the specific factors driving each score, allowing gift officers to understand why a prospect appears on a list.
Semi-automated workflows aim to expand gift officer capacity
Gratify includes secure, compliant communication workflows designed to leverage clinician relationships and scale prospect engagement, enabling gift officers to qualify more prospects while spending more time advancing relationships toward major gifts.
Founder says the platform replaces reliance on individual clinician conversations
