JAANUU, LA Kings Expand Partnership With Healthcare Night

El Segundo – September 15, 2026 -- JAANUU, the physician-founded medical apparel brand, has expanded its sponsorship deal with the Los Angeles Kings for the 2026-27 NHL season, adding a dedicated Healthcare Professionals Appreciation Night to the partnership.

Kings and JAANUU add themed game night on October 13

The expanded agreement, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, will see the LA Kings host the Edmonton Oilers at Crypto.com Arena on Tuesday, October 13 at 7:30 p.m. for the inaugural Healthcare Professionals Appreciation Night presented by JAANUU. Every ticketed guest at the game will receive a co-branded foam puck, while JAANUU will run interactive activations, giveaways and contests throughout the arena.

Brand secures rink-side presence for full home schedule

Beyond the themed night, JAANUU will maintain a rink-side presence across the Kings' entire 2026-27 home schedule at Crypto.com Arena. The deal follows what both organizations describe as a successful first year of partnership, marking a shift from a single-season trial into a multi-touchpoint sponsorship.

El Segundo roots tie brand to Kings' training base

JAANUU is headquartered in El Segundo, California, near the Kings' Toyota Sports Performance Center training facility, giving the apparel maker a direct geographic link to the franchise. LA Kings President Luc Robitaille called JAANUU a "homegrown Los Angeles-area brand with a genuine connection to our region" and said the healthcare-focused game night gives the team a way to recognize local medical workers.

JAANUU CEO Mike Alexander said the partnership lets the company "connect with" and "show our appreciation" for healthcare professionals through the hometown team. The company, founded by pediatrician Dr. Neela Sethi Young, positions the sponsorship as an extension of its customer base rather than a standalone marketing buy, tying its scrubs and apparel business directly to the healthcare workforce it serves in the Los Angeles market.
