Keyes' 4,000 Florida Agents Join HouseCanary Google Listings Program

SAN FRANCISCO – October 27, 2026 -- The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, Florida's largest independent brokerage company with more than 4,000 agents, have joined HouseCanary's Google Listings Program, putting their active listings in Google mobile search in live markets.

Keyes and Illustrated listings now appear in a Google mobile carousel

When consumers search for homes on Google mobile in a live market, Keyes and Illustrated listings will be among those shown in a carousel at the top of the results. Each listing carries basic property details and brokerage attribution. A tap opens a detail page with more information on the home, the listing agent's name and a click-to-contact button.

HouseCanary builds the program through MLS agreements

The Google Listings Program launched in early 2026 and is expanding to all eligible US markets this fall. HouseCanary establishes agreements with multiple listing services (MLSs) to feed their brokerage members' listings to Google. It also connects directly with brokerages, working through a participating MLS.

Keyes' listings across its footprint come through My State MLS, which serves brokerage members nationwide. Other participating MLSs are ARMLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board of Realtors, REcolorado and San Diego MLS.

HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger said the company is building the network that gets sellers' homes in front of buyers on Google "market by market." Keyes CEO Mike Pappas said many buyers begin their search on Google, and that wider distribution puts more buyers in front of each listing and gives agents an added advantage with sellers.

Keyes agents get free access to HouseCanary's agentic AI platform

The agreement also gives Keyes agents complimentary access to HouseCanary's agentic AI platform. The platform includes comparative market analysis (CMA), ads management and property intelligence skills.

Brokerages that want their listings in the program can join a participating MLS or encourage their local MLS to take part.
