LeadVenture Names Ex-Salesforce Exec Nasi Jazayeri as New CEO

Lake Oswego, Ore. – – September 15, 2026 -- LeadVenture, the digital technology partner serving roughly 40,000 dealerships and service centers, has appointed Nasi Jazayeri as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 8, 2026.

Jazayeri succeeds Tim MacDonald, who moves to an advisory board role

Tim MacDonald transitions out of the CEO seat but will remain on LeadVenture's Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. MacDonald described Jazayeri as "one of the most impressive technology executives you will meet, a builder who connects product and go-to-market."

New CEO brings 18 years of Salesforce leadership to the dealership technology sector

Jazayeri spent more than 18 years at Salesforce, where he helped scale Sales Cloud and led the launch of Service Cloud. He later built Salesforce's B2C strategy and led the acquisition of Demandware, which became the foundation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Most recently, as EVP & General Manager of Salesforce's Public Sector business, he grew that unit into a business worth hundreds of millions of dollars while broadening its product portfolio. Jazayeri holds a Computer Science degree from UCLA.

LeadVenture operates across 12 verticals and seven countries with more than 200 OEM partners

The company's brand portfolio includes Dealer Car Search, Dealer Spike, Frazer, InteractRV, Net Driven, Room 58, and TCS Technologies. LeadVenture's ecosystem supported more than 6.1 million units sold last year across its dealer network.

Jazayeri said his priority will be earning dealer trust daily and building products, technology, and teams that make LeadVenture "indispensable" to dealer success.
