Board convenes Fortune 500 leaders to set AI frameworks for contact centers

The CX Advisory Board brings together senior technology and customer experience executives from Fortune 500 companies. Its remit is to develop shared frameworks for how AI is deployed, measured and governed in enterprise customer operations.

Level AI said the Board will add members over the coming months. It is prioritizing executives responsible for large-scale customer contact operations.

Abeyratne brings 20-plus years across healthcare, telecom and financial services

Abeyratne leads a global organization covering enterprise service delivery, operational excellence, transformation and value creation at Cardinal Health. His remit spans customer, employee and financial services, delivered through global networks and emerging technologies.

He has more than 20 years of executive experience building and scaling global organizations in healthcare, telecommunications and financial services. He serves on the APEX GBS Standards Committee and on the Board of Goodwill Columbus.

On the Level AI Board, he will focus on operational scale and cross-functional service delivery.

Level AI CEO targets cross-functional view of enterprise AI

Ashish Nagar, founder and CEO of Level AI, described Cardinal Health's operation as one of the largest global services organizations in healthcare. He noted that most enterprise AI frameworks examine one function at a time. In his view, the strongest frameworks will come from leaders who consider customer, employee and financial services together.

Abeyratne said, "Great AI doesn't replace human potential, it amplifies it." He added that the opportunity lies in reimagining how organizations serve customers and create value, not only in automating work.
