Mighty Adds McDonald Automotive as 29th Dealership-Group Franchise

Peachtree Corners – October 14, 2026 -- Mighty Distributing will add McDonald Automotive, a 13-dealership group in the Denver area, as its 29th franchise integrated with a multi-location dealership group.

The new unit will operate as Coxall, LLC dba McDonald Mighty. It will use existing warehouse facilities at the group's Audi dealership in Parker, Colorado.

McDonald Automotive brings nine brands to the Mighty system

McDonald Automotive's 13 dealerships cover Audi, Genesis, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Polestar, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. The group plans to apply the Mighty internal distribution model to improve operational efficiency, tighten supply-chain control and create an additional profit center.

Mighty targets parts control and profitability for dealer groups

Josh D'Agostino of Mighty Auto Parts said the group's scale, reputation and operational focus make it a fit for the Internal Distribution Franchise model. Mighty describes the deal as part of a continuing strategy of partnering with dealership groups that want more efficiency, profitability and control through internal parts distribution.

Chris Coxall of McDonald Automotive said the arrangement gives the group greater control over its parts supply and creates efficiencies across its dealerships. He also described it as another opportunity to build long-term value within the business.

The launch extends Mighty's presence in the automotive dealership segment. The source does not disclose financial terms or a launch date.
