New York and Berlin – October 29, 2026 -- Parloa and McKinsey & Company have formed an alliance to address a governance shortfall: roughly one-third of enterprises lack the operational governance needed to sustain deployed AI agents, according to McKinsey research.
Parloa survey finds fewer than 25% of CX operators are confident managing AI agents
Parloa's own survey of customer experience operators found that less than 25% of respondents felt confident designing and evaluating AI agents. The alliance targets that gap by combining McKinsey's operations expertise with Parloa's AI Agent Management Platform.
McKinsey teams will assess readiness and engineer agentic solutions
McKinsey teams, including QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, will assess organizational readiness and design and engineer agentic solutions. They will also shape the technology, governance and talent frameworks for sustainable adoption. Parloa supplies the platform to build, optimize and manage AI agents across the full customer lifecycle and all channels.
Partners already advise several large-scale clients jointly
Parloa Chief Revenue Officer Chris Silver said the two companies are already jointly advising several large-scale clients. He said the formal alliance will extend the approach across the US, Europe and other regions. Parloa says its platform already serves a global roster of Fortune 100 customers.
McKinsey Partner Brian Blackader said few organizations "have been able to execute the change management successfully," and that many AI projects fail to realize their targeted value. McKinsey expects the pairing to improve service quality, customer loyalty and revenue for clients.
