Pave Adds Levels.fyi Pay Data to Its Compensation Platform

SAN FRANCISCO – – October 29, 2026 -- Pave, the Agentic Compensation Management platform, has formed a strategic alliance with Levels.fyi that gives mutual customers access to Levels.fyi pay data inside Pave Agent and the Market Pricing tool, alongside real-time intelligence from more than 9,000 companies.

Pave extends its data-partner network beyond Croner, Korn Ferry and WTW

The deal builds on Pave's existing partnerships with The Croner Company, Korn Ferry and WTW. Pave says it will keep adding data partners so compensation teams no longer have to stitch sources together by hand or choose between them.

Pave Agent compares pay across five source types in one query

Customers can ask Pave Agent in plain language to compare pay for a role across Levels.fyi, WTW, Korn Ferry, Croner and Pave's real-time Market Data. They can also analyze Levels.fyi data against their own compensation data, then price jobs and build pay ranges in Market Pricing.

Access is not limited to the license holder. Every analyst on a comp team gets direct access to Levels.fyi data in daily workflows, not just the person who manages the survey license.

Levels.fyi contributes self-reported pay backed by offer letters and W-2s

Levels.fyi data comes directly from the people earning it and is backed by proof documents such as offer letters, W-2s and pay stubs. Placed next to survey and real-time benchmarks, it shows where market views agree and where they diverge.

Levels.fyi reports more than 1 million compensation data points, over 2,100 companies with fresh data and more than 8,500 company job ladders mapped. It says more than 3 million professionals use the platform every month.

Pave CEO targets role as central data hub for compensation teams

Pave CEO Matt Schulman said the goal is for Pave to be the central source for compensation decision data, with the 9,000-company dataset as the foundation. "Clients shouldn't have to choose between the data sources they trust," he said.

Levels.fyi co-founder Zuhayeer Musa said the integration lets teams build peer groups, focus on a single competitor and combine Levels.fyi data with the rest of their stack.

Levels.fyi data is available now to mutual customers through Pave Agent and Market Pricing. Existing customers can contact their account teams for access and availability details.
