RedHill Buys Rebyota, Clenpiq Rights From Ferring for $12M
Raleigh, N.C. – September 04, 2026 -- RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDHL) has acquired exclusive global commercialization rights to Ferring Pharmaceuticals' Rebyota and exclusive U.S. rights to Clenpiq, two FDA-approved gastrointestinal drugs that together generated approximately $37.5 million in 2025 net sales.
RedHill pays $12 million upfront, fully funded by prior Talicia sale
Under the agreement, RedHill paid Ferring $12 million upfront plus tiered royalties on net sales and potential future milestones. The payment was fully covered by RedHill's previously announced $18 million divestiture of Talicia, which also carries up to $35 million in potential additional upside. Ferring retains Rebyota's manufacturing facilities and will continue supplying the product through the term of the agreement.
