Rinascai Launches Konditionswerk, Charging a Third of Savings

Zurich – November 05, 2026 -- Swiss AI consultancy Rinascai has launched Konditionswerk, a service that renegotiates supplier terms for a fee of one-third of verified savings during the first 12 months, after which all savings stay with the client.

Konditionswerk is Rinascai's first "task vertical", an offering built around one clearly defined, recurring corporate task. Here, the task is renegotiating supplier terms in both direct and indirect procurement.

Human buyers negotiate with large suppliers while AI agents prepare smaller ones

Experienced procurement managers negotiate in person with large suppliers, working alongside the client's own purchasing team. AI agents analyze contracts and invoices and prepare the approach to smaller suppliers, which are contacted on a rule-based basis.

Contract changes take effect only after the client gives written approval.

Co-CEO Robert Okon, a longtime head of purchasing at Karstadt and GALERIA, said the AI supplies the figures while his team conducts the talks. That division of labor, he said, keeps client-supplier relationships intact while giving each demand a number behind it.

Price increases announced for 2027 raise pressure on untested contracts

Supplier contracts often go unreviewed, according to Rinascai, while service providers are announcing price increases for 2027. Konditionswerk checks prices, bonuses, payment terms and deadlines against invoices and relevant market indices. Each finding is documented with supporting evidence and the calculation method, and specialists review it before negotiations begin.

Free trial audit covers about 20 contracts under NDA

Clients enter through a free trial audit of roughly 20 contracts, conducted under a confidentiality agreement. Contracts and invoices are provided through a secured data room, and no system access is required.

The offer targets companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Konditionswerk's website provides a potential calculator covering 21 industries and a terms index for 2027.

Okon and Sebastian Dahm serve as co-CEOs of Konditionswerk, and Jean-Luc Winkler is CTO.
