Schoox Takes Pre-Launch Training ROI Forecasting to Four November Events

Austin – October 29, 2026 -- Schoox will pitch a model that forecasts the return on training before a program launches at four November events, including a solution announcement at DevLearn booth #303 in Las Vegas.

The learning platform vendor wants L&D leaders to name the business result first, then design training to deliver it. Under this approach, leaders set the target with operational heads, identify the required skills, build the program and forecast the return in advance. Sandra Moran, Schoox Chief Marketing Officer, said skills matter to a CFO only when tied to a metric the business is working to improve.
