Omaha – September 15, 2026 -- SecureSky has acquired Soveren, a London-based Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) provider, adding real-time sensitive-data discovery and classification to its Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform.
Soveren claims 98% accuracy detecting sensitive data in encrypted traffic
Soveren's architecture pairs eBPF-powered network analysis with ML-driven classification, enabling it to inspect and classify encrypted TLS traffic at scale without impacting application speed. The company positions this against legacy DSPM tools that rely on regex detection and static snapshots, which it says produce high false-positive rates.

Michael Hrabik, CEO of SecureSky, said the combination of the company's patented AI-based CTEM platform with Soveren's DSPM technology gives customers unified visibility and protection across cloud and on-premises environments. SecureSky has operated in cybersecurity for more than 20 years, offering CSPM/SSPM, Managed XDR, Microsoft Sentinel deployment, and CTEM services.
Soveren was founded in 2021 and raised $10 million from Airbnb, Slack and Datadog leadership
Soveren's investor base includes founders and CEOs of Airbnb, Slack, Datadog, Palo Alto Networks, MuleSoft, and Deel, along with Sir Richard Branson's family and European venture firms firstminute capital, Northzone, and LocalGlobe. The company holds a 4.9 rating on G2 and 5.0 on Gartner Peer Insights, and counts Booking Holdings' Agoda and OpenTable among its customers.
Peter Fedchenkov, Founder and Co-CEO of Soveren, said the company was built to solve a data observability problem encountered while scaling a prior e-commerce business to $2 billion in revenue. Co-founders Andrew Zhulin and Dmitry Zhulin said Soveren was engineered specifically to detect sensitive data in encrypted traffic where competing tools cannot.
