TaixunPOS Offers 10,000-Unit Monthly OEM/ODM POS Output

DONGGUAN – November 02, 2026 -- Dongguan Taixun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (TaixunPOS) says its 6,000-square-meter plant in China's Guangdong province can produce about 10,000 POS terminals a month for OEM/ODM partners building their own brands.

TaixunPOS replaces plastic housings with unibody aluminum-alloy chassis

The manufacturer says plastic POS terminals are prone to poor heat dissipation and housing wear under intensive use. Its aluminum-alloy chassis is designed to improve thermal performance and durability. The fanless design removes mechanical cooling fans, which the company says can reduce dust and grease ingress, depending on enclosure design, and cut maintenance costs over time.

The terminals use industrial PCAP multi-touch screens and high-brightness, wide-viewing-angle IPS displays. TaixunPOS targets restaurants, cafes, stores and hotels.

OEM/ODM service covers concept design through volume production

TaixunPOS serves overseas brands, software vendors and channel distributors. Customization options include industrial design, structural development, logo and brand customization, motherboard solution development and interface configuration changes. The company also supports multiple sizes, multi-OS adaptation and industry-specific development.

Its production lines support rapid small-batch development so partners can launch POS projects faster. Quality control covers incoming material inspection, in-process testing, burn-in or pre-shipment aging tests, and outgoing inspection. The engineering team also runs software compatibility testing.

TaixunPOS cites three deployments in healthcare, luxury retail and fast food

For healthcare, the company supplies self-service kiosks with a wipeable aluminum-alloy housing, tactile buttons, braille labels, an audio jack and a passport scanner. It says the kiosks speed up registration and queue management for visually impaired, elderly and mobility-impaired patients.

For a luxury boutique in Malaysia, it supplied an ultra-slim aluminum dual-screen terminal that embeds in a marble counter and uses passive cooling. The second screen shows promotions and member information.

For fast-food outlets, it provided self-ordering kiosks with large portrait HD touchscreens, metal bases and concealed cabling. The kiosks link front-counter ordering to kitchen workflows to ease peak-hour queues and encourage add-on purchases through visual menus.

CE, FCC and RoHS certifications target European and North American imports

Founded in 2007, TaixunPOS says it has more than 18 years of POS industry experience. It handles aluminum-alloy processing, SMT assembly, final assembly and testing in-house, drawing on Dongguan's electronics supply chain. All of its terminals are CE, FCC and RoHS certified, which the company says meets European and North American import requirements.

CEO Derek Hu said the company applies "industrial-grade standards" to every device it produces.
