BOSTON – October 27, 2026 -- Mutual Benefit Group (MBG) has selected four Duck Creek products, Policy, Billing, Producer Portal and Clarity Data Foundation, to run a greenfield build of its future-state platform for a new business in Delaware, Duck Creek announced.

MBG to launch three commercial lines in Delaware

The Delaware business will start with Businessowners Policy, Commercial Umbrella and Workers' Compensation coverage. MBG will expand into other states only once it has proven out the model, according to the company.

Existing Duck Creek Claims and OnDemand use anchors the expansion

MBG already runs Duck Creek Claims and Duck Creek OnDemand. The new deployment extends that cloud foundation to the new lines of business, and MBG plans to apply the internal platform expertise it has built over time.

Europe – October 23, 2026 -- Fujirebio Europe has replaced Showpad with Pitcher's sales enablement platform, citing deeper integration with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft SharePoint 365 as the reason for the switch.

Fujirebio Europe moves from Showpad after two years of mobile enablement

Fujirebio Europe took its first steps in mobile sales enablement with Showpad over a couple of years. It then moved to Pitcher to connect field content directly to its existing CRM and content management systems.

Christian Lindknud, Senior Global Business Manager for eBusiness and Strategic Initiatives at Fujirebio, said the platform keeps field teams on the most recent and relevant resources. Reps use them in customer meetings and to catch up on complex topics between sales calls.
