TCL Technology and TCL Industries post double-digit revenue growth in 2025
TCL Technology recorded revenue of approximately US$27 billion in 2025, up 11.7% year on year, while TCL Industries reported revenue of roughly US$24.9 billion, an increase of 13.8%. Overseas revenue exceeded US$24.93 billion, with average annual growth of more than 18.3% over the past five years.
Global footprint spans manufacturing hubs in five countries and 160-plus markets
TCL operates manufacturing and R&D facilities across China, Vietnam, Poland, Mexico and Brazil, serving customers in more than 160 countries and regions.
TCL closes US$200 million sustainability-linked loan, a first for the display panel sector
In 2025, TCL completed a US$200 million sustainability-linked syndicated loan, which the company describes as the first such facility in the display panel industry, tying financing terms to sustainability performance. TCL has published ESG and corporate social responsibility reports for 17 consecutive years and participates in the United Nations Global Compact.
Employee-focused programs and safety record support inclusion metrics behind the ranking
TCL cited its #TCLforHer initiative, launched in 2021, and #TCLYoung, launched in 2022, as part of efforts to build an inclusive workplace. The company also reported zero major workplace safety incidents across its global operations in recent years.

The recognition arrives as TCL marks its 45th anniversary this year.
