Charlotte, N.C. – September 29, 2026 -- JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (NYSE: JELD) has entered into a commitment and consent letter with a significant group of lenders and noteholders to extend the maturities of its 4.875% Senior Notes due 2027 and its 2028 Term Loans to 2031, while raising $135 million in new money debt financing.

Nearly all 2027 noteholders and most 2028 lenders back the deal

The agreement covers approximately 94.5% of the 2027 Notes and approximately 72.2% of the 2028 Term Loans. Under the arrangement, the existing debt will be refinanced and/or exchanged for new first-lien debt maturing in 2031.

Exchange offers to launch within weeks

JELD-WEN said it intends to commence exchange offers to holders of the 2027 Notes and 2028 Term Loans in the coming weeks to implement the transactions.

Southlake, Texas – September 25, 2026 -- Sabre Corporation (Nasdaq: SABR) disclosed that its indirect subsidiary, Sabre Financial Borrower, LLC, has secured tenders exceeding 90% of the aggregate principal amount outstanding on its targeted securities as of the September 25, 2026 early tender deadline, clearing the threshold required to force redemption of the remaining debt.

Over 90% acceptance triggers mandatory redemption of holdout bonds

Because more than 90% of the outstanding principal was validly tendered under the terms of the Indenture, Sabre Financial intends to issue a notice of redemption covering any securities that remain outstanding after the early settlement. The redemption price will match the Total Consideration offered in the tender, plus accrued and unpaid interest, with the redemption date expected on October 13, 2026.

Houston – September 21, 2026 -- McDermott International, Ltd has completed a comprehensive refinancing package worth more than $1 billion, combining a $500 million equity rights offering, a $550 million senior secured Nordic bond and a new long-term letter of credit facility.

Rights offering draws 97% shareholder subscription

The $500 million equity financing was structured as a rights offering to existing shareholders and was 97% subscribed by Class A ordinary shareholders. Remaining shares were absorbed through related backstop commitments, ensuring full completion of the raise.

Nordic bond matures in 2031, extends debt maturity profile

McDermott issued $550 million in senior secured bonds in the Nordic market, with maturity set for 2031. The company also secured a new long-term letter of credit and guarantee facility, alongside a revolving credit facility, as part of the same transaction.
