Toronto – September 16, 2026 -- Franco-Nevada Corporation has agreed to a A$200 million (approximately $144 million) follow-on financing package with Minerals 260 Limited to advance the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia, lifting its total backing of the project to an aggregate A$420 million (approximately $300 million).

The package comprises a A$170 million (approximately $122 million) gross royalty acquisition and a A$30 million (approximately $22 million) equity subscription as lead order in a future Minerals 260 capital raise.

Vancouver – September 15, 2026 -- First Mining Gold Corp. (TSX: FF; OTCQX: FFMGF; FRANKFURT: FMG) has reported new high-grade gold intercepts from its 2026 drilling program at the Miroir target within the Duparquet Gold Project in Quebec's Abitibi region, extending the known mineralized strike length to approximately 220 metres from 150 metres in 2025.

Drill hole DUP26-093 returns 5.26 g/t gold over 19.55 metres

The intercept, from 182.0 m to 201.55 m depth, included 7.58 g/t Au over 12.95 m and a higher-grade section of 21.80 g/t Au over 1.0 m. Drill hole DUP26-096 returned 3.43 g/t Au over 28.0 m from 234.35 m to 262.35 m, including 10.36 g/t Au over 7.2 m, plus a secondary zone of 2.99 g/t Au over 4.6 m and 4.90 g/t Au over 2.7 m.

Vancouver, BC – September 15, 2026 -- Falcon Gold Corp. (TSXV: FG) has commenced field exploration at its West Hammond Contact Property in northwestern Ontario, a 156-claim, 3,068-hectare land package within the Atikokan–Hammond Reef Gold District.

Falcon targets satellite gold systems near a multi-million-ounce deposit

The West Hammond program sits adjacent to Agnico Eagle's Hammond Reef deposit, which holds approximately 3.3 million ounces of probable gold reserves and an additional 2.3 million ounces of measured and indicated resources as of December 31, 2025, according to Agnico Eagle's public disclosure. Gold was first discovered at Hammond Reef in 1895, and the deposit was subsequently advanced by Brett Resources and Osisko before entering Agnico Eagle's portfolio. It has received federal and provincial environmental approvals, though additional permits and a construction decision are still required.
