The facility supports physical education for Ban Nam Lat School's 62 students during the week, then opens to neighbouring villagers once classes end and on weekends. STARCARES designed the transition intentionally, given that rural schools in Sukhothai often double as the only nearby recreational infrastructure available to local households.

Boston – September 15, 2026 -- A 19-story residential tower at 41 LaGrange Street in downtown Boston has opened with 126 mixed-income rental units, 70 of which are designated as permanent supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness.

Developer partnership pairs housing construction with wraparound services

The Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA), the affordable-housing arm of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, developed the tower in partnership with St. Francis House, which will provide case management, job training and counseling to residents of the 70 supportive units.
