Las Vegas – September 07, 2026 -- Thrive Aviation has secured a minority investment from Arulean Air, a subsidiary of Honda Aircraft Company, to launch a new fractional aircraft ownership program built on its existing fleet of more than 30 aircraft.
Arulean Air will acquire aircraft while Thrive manages operations and client relationships
Under the partnership, Arulean Air is responsible for acquiring aircraft for the fractional program, while Thrive Aviation operates and manages the platform end-to-end, from flight operations to client relationship management. Thrive has already received the first two aircraft under the arrangement.
Program starts with two aircraft types spanning light and super-midsize categories
The fractional fleet will initially consist of the HondaJet HA-420 light jet and the Bombardier Challenger 3500 super-midsize jet, with owners matched to aircraft based on mission requirements. Thrive plans to add approximately four to six HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s annually as the owner base and fleet expand.
Thrive extends eight-year-old platform into fractional ownership
Curtis Edenfield, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Aviation, said the fractional program adds another tier to a platform spanning private charters, aircraft management, jet card memberships and now fractional and full ownership. "Adding fractional ownership opportunities enables Thrive Aviation to serve a broad spectrum of clients throughout their entire private aviation journey," Edenfield said.
