Shanghai – October 15, 2026 -- WuXi XDC (2268.HK) has won "Best CDMO" at the 2026 World ADC Awards for the fourth consecutive year and "Best CRO" for the second, making it the only contract research, development and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) to take both titles two years running.
WuXi XDC reports record 51 new iCMC projects in first half of 2026
According to the company's 2026 interim results, WuXi XDC had more than 810 global clients as of June 30, 2026. Fifteen of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies by revenue are among its partners. The company has helped clients submit more than 160 IND applications and now holds 328 iCMC projects. The 51 signed in the first half of 2026 are a record.
Headcount exceeds 3,600, and more than 50% of employees hold a master's degree or higher.
Integrated ADC discovery moves clients from DNA to IND in 15 months
WuXi XDC says its integrated discovery services have taken clients from DNA to preclinical candidate in 10 months and from DNA to IND application in 15 months. Late-stage development to BLA takes 24 to 36 months.
CEO Dr. Jimmy Li said the company aims to help clients advance bioconjugates to clinical and commercial stages "faster and more reliably."
WuXiTecan-2 platform anchors licensing deals with Earendil Labs and Ona Therapeutics
The company's technology portfolio spans conjugation technology (WuXiDARx) and proprietary payload-linker platforms (WuXiTecan-2, X-LinC and WuXiLinker). It signed licensing agreements based on WuXiTecan-2 with Earendil Labs in February 2026 and with Ona Therapeutics in August 2026. Together the agreements cover three iCMC projects.
WuXi XDC has completed research on more than 22,000 ADC/XDC molecules. It continues to work on bispecific ADCs, dual-payload ADCs, RDCs, DACs, AOCs and APCs.
Singapore site achieves GMP release as WuXi XDC's first overseas manufacturing base
In August 2026, the BCM3 dual-function production line and the DP4 facility in Singapore achieved GMP release. This marks the launch of the company's first overseas manufacturing site. The company's network also covers Wuxi, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hefei and Jiangyin.
