United States – October 17, 2026 -- Andor Health and Psynergy Health have launched the ACCESS Clinic, an approved CMS ACCESS Model clinic that runs on the ThinkAndor® AI-native clinical services operating system and targets Medicare beneficiaries with chronic conditions. The platform behind it already operates across more than 40 health systems and supports over 20 million patients in nearly every U.S. state.
Platform results span 35 million AI interactions
ThinkAndor® AI agents have completed more than 35 million clinical and patient interactions. According to the companies, health systems using the platform have achieved:
- A 180% increase in patients seen following hospital discharge
- A reduction of more than 40% in unplanned readmissions
- A 24% reduction in hospital readmissions
- A 45% reduction in total cost of care
ThinkAndor® analyzes four data streams and leaves decisions to clinicians
The system continuously analyzes electronic health records, remote patient monitoring devices, patient-reported outcomes, and wearables. Its AI agents reason across each patient's longitudinal record, flag meaningful clinical changes, prioritize interventions, and prepare recommendations for clinician review. A licensed clinician oversees every decision.
This goes beyond ambient documentation, note generation, and clinical summaries, which the companies say still treat the traditional visit as the center of care.
Licensed workforce delivers care alongside the software
The ACCESS Clinic pairs the AI agents with a licensed virtual workforce of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and care coordinators who validate recommendations and deliver care. It integrates with existing clinical workflows and electronic health records. The companies say they supply both the technology and the clinical services, rather than handing software to health systems to operationalize themselves.
Programs target chronic conditions affecting two-thirds of Medicare beneficiaries
More than two-thirds of Medicare beneficiaries live with chronic conditions that need ongoing management. The ACCESS Clinic extends its capabilities to beneficiaries nationwide through programs covering:
- Cardiometabolic disease
- Chronic kidney disease
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Behavioral health
- Transitional care management
- Other chronic conditions
The model is built around the CMS ACCESS Model, which rewards organizations for improving patient outcomes over time rather than for delivering more visits. Its reimbursement design is tied to measurable patient improvement instead of episodic encounters.
