NOVOSENSE H1 Revenue Jumps 66.7% on AI Server Power Chip Demand

Shanghai – September 08, 2026 -- NOVOSENSE (HKEX: 02676) reported first-half 2026 revenue of approximately $374.54 million, up 66.73 percent year-on-year, with net profit attributable to shareholders reaching $9.97 million. The analog and mixed-signal IC maker has posted sequential quarterly revenue growth for several consecutive quarters.

Automotive electronics revenue climbs 60% as cumulative shipments surpass 1.95 billion units

Automotive electronics revenue rose about 60 percent, accounting for 32.38 percent of total first-half revenue. NOVOSENSE shipped 534 million automotive chips during the period, pushing cumulative shipments past 1.95 billion units.

Industrial and energy segment becomes largest revenue driver with 84% growth

Revenue from industrial and energy applications increased approximately 84 percent, reaching 57.96 percent of total revenue. Growth was driven by demand from energy storage systems, industrial automation and digital power applications, including server power supplies. Consumer electronics contributed 9.65 percent of revenue.

High-voltage GaN driver ICs enter volume production for AI server power systems

NOVOSENSE's high-voltage GaN driver ICs and mid- and low-voltage GaN co-packaged products are now shipping in volume for AI server power applications, with selected products in mass production for customers in China and other markets. The company's MCUs have also entered mass production with a major customer.

System-level portfolio spans AC-DC power supplies to 800V HVDC systems

NOVOSENSE's power portfolio covers AC-DC power supplies, 800V HVDC systems, rack-level DC-DC conversion and board-level power conversion, spanning isolation, gate driving, sensing, interfaces, power management and real-time control. Selected Adaptive OOK isolation products support data rates up to 150 Mbps, propagation delays below 15 ns and common-mode transient immunity exceeding 150 kV/μs. Current-sensor families NSM201x, NSM211x and NSM204x support current measurement and protection in compact power systems, while MCUs featuring dual Arm Cortex-M7 cores operate at up to 400 MHz, including the NS800RT5039, NS800RT3025 and NS800RT1137.
