San Diego – October 13, 2026 -- Optro is co-investing capital directly into partner-led marketing, enablement and practice-building through a new Partner Growth Funding (PGF) program, part of an expansion of its Optro Partner Connect program that also adds two partner tracks and annual awards starting in 2027. The company announced the changes at its Partner Forum at CRX, its annual user conference, held this year in San Diego.
Technology and Distributor tracks widen Partner Connect
The Technology Partner Track has two tiers and targets independent software vendors and developers. Participants receive API tools, sandbox access and dedicated support to co-develop integrated workflows with Optro that automate data movement.
The Distributor Track targets large-scale aggregators, which can anchor their catalogs with Optro's GRC Intelligence Platform and use their existing credit and billing infrastructure. Enterprise customers can buy through local partners in native currencies, with accredited delivery support.
Partner Growth Funding ties Optro capital to joint business plans
PGF funding is linked to joint strategic business plans, and partners in qualifying tiers may submit proposals. The release does not specify funding amounts. The Optro Partner Connect Awards, launching in 2027, will recognize partners for growth, delivery excellence and ecosystem innovation.
Delinea Fastpath and TD SYNNEX describe early use cases
Frank Vukovits, Chief Security Scientist at Delinea Fastpath, said IT general controls evidence, including segregation of duties analysis and user access reviews, now flows from Delinea Fastpath into customer control libraries in Optro. Auditor requests can therefore be answered directly from the platform.
Mike Allers, Vice President of Cybersecurity Business Development at TD SYNNEX, said the Distributor track lets the company use its network of VARs, system integrators and service providers to scale Optro's platform across North America. He said this would equip thousands of resellers.
Jim Sperduto, Chief Growth Officer at Optro, said the program provides "the resources, financial co-investment, and technical support" partners need to build profitable, differentiated practices.
