Ajman, UAE – September 16, 2026 -- The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media will participate in Arabian Travel Market 2026, running September 14-17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the theme 'Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology.'
Fifteen tourism entities join Ajman's stand at Dubai trade event
The emirate's pavilion will feature 15 participating organizations spanning hospitality, wellness and travel services, including Ajman Saray (a Luxury Collection Resort), Al Zorah Beach Resort, Fairmont Ajman, Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas, Wyndham Garden Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel. Additional participants include Zarya Wellness Spa Management Company FZE, Ewan Ajman Suites Hotel, Ajman Chamber, Bronz Tourism, MUSANDAM ADVENTURE Travel, Arabian Oryx Travel and Tourism LLC, Flash Horizon and Rida International Tourism & Travel.
Director General frames ATM presence as partnership-building platform
HE Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media, said the event offers an important platform to strengthen the emirate's international tourism presence and engage with industry specialists. He noted the destination proposition combines cultural and historical heritage with evolving tourism experiences and a growing focus on innovation and technology, adding that collaboration between government entities, tourism establishments and the private sector remains central to sustainable sector development.
Stand design pairs archival heritage displays with interactive tourism zones
A dedicated media corner titled 'From the Memory of Ajman' will present curated archival photographs documenting milestones in the emirate's development. A separate interactive zone will introduce visitors to Ajman's tourism experiences, while a cultural space under the Craftsmen Majlis will spotlight traditional crafts and local heritage.
The Department stated its participation aims to expand cooperation across priority tourism markets, support market diversification and attract a broader range of visitors to the emirate.
