Phase III biliary tract cancer trial secures Presidential Symposium slot
Overall survival results from the Phase III HARMONi-GI1 trial, comparing ivonescimab plus chemotherapy against durvalumab plus chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for advanced biliary tract cancer, will be delivered as a late-breaking oral presentation (LBA8) on October 25 at 16:30-18:15 in Madrid. The presentation will be given by Jian Zhou of Shanghai during Presidential Symposium II.
Ivonescimab data spans 12 presentations across multiple cancer types
Ivonescimab, described as the world's first approved PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, will feature in two rapid oral presentations beyond the late-breaker. One covers a Phase Ib/II study of ivonescimab as first-line treatment in IMDC favorable-risk advanced renal cell carcinoma, presented by Xieqiao Yan of Peking University Cancer Hospital on October 25. The second presents interim results from the iTHYM study evaluating ivonescimab plus chemotherapy in recurrent/metastatic thymic carcinoma, presented by Xue Hou of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center on October 26. Additional ivonescimab data will address lung cancer with brain metastases, esophageal and gastric cancers, pancreatic cancer, glioblastoma, endometrial cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
Cadonilimab data covers more than ten tumor types in 15 presentations
Cadonilimab, positioned as the world's first PD-1/CTLA-4 bispecific antibody, will be represented in 15 presentations spanning gastric cancer, renal cell carcinoma, lung cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, ovarian cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, pleural mesothelioma, and rectal cancer. The studies cover neoadjuvant settings as well as first- and second-line treatment of advanced disease.
