Boca Raton – October 15, 2026 -- All Star Healthcare Solutions, a top-five U.S. locum tenens provider, has appointed Kelly Rakowski as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 26, 2026.
Knox Lane-backed All Star has grown through two acquisitions since May 2024
All Star partnered with growth-oriented investment firm Knox Lane in May 2024 to fund its next phase of growth. Since then, it has acquired Cross Country Locums and Integrity Locums. The company says the deals diversified its customer base and expanded its capabilities.
All Star says it continues to invest in innovation across its workforce solutions offerings. It describes itself as a trusted partner to an extensive network of healthcare facilities and providers across the U.S.
Rakowski brings more than 30 years in healthcare workforce and technology-enabled services
Rakowski most recently served as CEO of AHSG, a technology-driven healthcare workforce solutions company. There she led strategic initiatives for growth and oversaw the expansion of its workforce solutions portfolio, which targets quality of care and operational efficiency for health systems.
She was previously Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Strategic Talent Solutions, at AMN Healthcare. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Premier, Inc., Accenture and GE Healthcare.
New CEO targets a single integrated platform across technology, people and processes
Rakowski said she will work with the team to deliver "one integrated vision," bringing technology, people and processes together and scaling the platform. She said the aim is greater impact for partners and expanded access to care.
