Double board-certified physician leads clinical operations
Divino D'Alessio Jr., MD, CAQSM, DABFM, is double board-certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and leads the new office. He has served as team physician for NCAA Division I athletes at Coastal Carolina University and provided sideline coverage for regional high school and combat, surfing, and beach volleyball events, with clinical focus areas including diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and concussion management.
Membership model offers 24/7 physician access without insurance barriers
The practice provides members 24/7 direct physician access via call, text, or video, same-day or next-day appointments, extended visits, and preventive health roadmaps outside traditional insurance structures. Jamie Barber, VP of Operations at AnswersMD, said the office was built without a front desk or gatekeepers, with the physician answering his own phone.
Practice targets active, executive demographic in South Florida market
AnswersMD positions the Boca Raton office toward executives, retirees, student athletes, and active families. Dr. D'Alessio, whose wife also practices as a psychiatrist in Boca Raton, said the concierge structure allows him to serve as a family physician across generations while applying sports medicine precision to injury and performance care.
The office is currently open and accepting new members, with prospective members invited to schedule a complimentary office tour.
