Appspace links digital and physical workplace data into one context layer
The platform draws on signals from communications, content, spaces, visitor logs, signage, and connected systems that companies already generate but rarely unify. CEO Pete Schmied said workplace technology has historically been configured around expected scenarios, while actual conditions such as shifting schedules, filling spaces, and arriving visitors change constantly.
Organic UI reconfigures the interface based on task and situation
A core component, Organic UI, dynamically rearranges the Appspace interface so the most relevant tools and information surface automatically, reducing time spent navigating menus. Chief Innovation Officer Thomas Philippart de Foy said the system can generate an experience tailored to a specific task rather than forcing users through fixed workflows and predefined modules.
Situational Signage shifts screen content from fixed rules to live occupancy data
The newly announced Situational Signage capability moves digital signage programming away from static, location-based rules toward live inputs including occupancy, visitor activity, and space usage. Screens will adjust content as conditions around them change, removing the need for workplace teams to manually pre-configure every scenario.
Migration Studio automates intranet transitions using Appspace's AI framework
Appspace also launched Migration Studio, which automatically maps legacy intranet content into Appspace Intranet and applies governance controls, cutting migration time compared with traditional manual rebuilds.
SwiftConnect integration ties mobile credentials to room booking and building access
A new integration with SwiftConnect embeds digital credentials into employees' mobile wallets, allowing room booking, guest invitations, and building or floor access from a single workflow instead of separate systems.
Appspace serves more than 3,000 customers globally, including 180 Fortune 500 companies. Schmied said organizations making workplace technology decisions now are setting the trajectory for how physical and digital environments operate together as AI capabilities expand.
