Ramsey, N.J. – October 08, 2026 -- AppWork, a maintenance management platform for multifamily operators, has partnered with Rely, an AI-powered due diligence platform, to merge on-site inspection data directly into audit reports, cutting a process that once took weeks down to minutes.
Integration links field inspections to deal-ready audit reports
The partnership connects inspection data collected by AppWork maintenance technicians, covering unit condition, pet fees and rent, and in-unit washer/dryer status, directly into Rely's data room. Rely combines this field data with lease, rent roll, vendor contract, and financial records to generate a complete, source-backed audit report. Mutual clients activate the connection with a single vendor token, with no additional cost for existing AppWork and Rely customers.
Executives say integration eliminates re-keyed and disorganized data
"One of the biggest things this integration accomplishes is simple: we take the inspection data that is already being collected within AppWork out in the field, and include it in every audit report Rely produces," said George Matelich, Co-Founder and CEO of Rely. Sean Landsberg, Co-Founder and CEO of AppWork, said technicians using the app complete thousands of inspections every week, data that previously stayed siloed inside AppWork before the connection to Rely's platform.
Platform targets four stages of the multifamily asset lifecycle
The integration is built to serve buyers, operators, and lenders across due diligence and acquisitions, property transitions, dispositions, and ongoing compliance monitoring. During transitions, teams can validate unit condition and resident files before handoff to reduce post-takeover surprises and identify optimization opportunities. For dispositions, sellers can organize verified, source-backed deal files before sharing with counterparties, while operators can keep inspection and audit data current between transactions.
