San Francisco – October 14, 2026 -- Atomicwork has tripled its customer base in the past year and appointed Oksana Patel as Head of Marketing to lead its global strategy as it pushes deeper into the enterprise market.
Patel will build the category around what the ITSM and ESM platform vendor calls AI coworkers, software agents designed to take on IT roles and workflows end to end.
Customer base triples to include Replit, Skydio and BlackLine
The company's customers now include high-growth and enterprise names such as Replit, Skydio, BlackLine and Members Choice Credit Union. Atomicwork did not disclose absolute customer numbers or revenue.
Patel brings enterprise AI go-to-market experience from Moveworks, Sedai and Symantec
At Moveworks, Patel established the demand generation function and helped build pipeline as the company brought AI-powered employee support into large enterprises. Earlier, she ran integrated marketing at Symantec, which she joined through its acquisition of mobile security company Skycure, where she led demand generation.
Most recently, she was Vice President of Marketing at Sedai, where she built the go-to-market story for autonomous cloud management. That role centered on convincing technical buyers to let software move beyond recommending an action to actually taking it.
Co-founder and CEO Vijay Rayapati said Patel knows what it takes to make a new idea credible with technical buyers, which he described as exactly what Atomicwork needs to build the AI workforce category.
Atomicwork pitches AI coworkers that resolve requests instead of queuing tickets
Atomicwork says it is not layering an AI interface on top of a traditional ticketing system. Its AI coworkers are built to take responsibility for IT work, from understanding an employee's request to resolving it across enterprise systems.
Patel said customers go live in weeks and that AI handles the majority of requests from day one. The company did not provide supporting metrics for those claims.
