Michigan AI data center anchors $70 million infrastructure bet
Hyperscale Data has invested more than $70 million into a Michigan facility operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Alliance Cloud Services, LLC. ACS has executed a master services agreement for an initial 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity, with the customer holding rights to expand the deployment to 52 MW.
Contract could generate up to $3.0 billion over 20-year term
Hyperscale Data projects revenue exceeding $1.2 billion from the initial 20 MW deployment if the MSA runs its full 20-year term. Should the customer exercise its expansion option to 52 MW and maintain that capacity for the maximum term, potential contract revenue could surpass $3.0 billion. ACS estimates the Michigan site could ultimately support approximately 340 MW of total capacity, meaning the 52 MW scenario represents less than 20% of that ceiling. Development beyond the initial 20 MW remains contingent on financing, regulatory approvals, engineering, utility agreements and customer demand.
Management pegs Michigan campus value at $750 million to $1.25 billion
Hyperscale Data management has set $750 million as the minimum valuation at which it would consider a sale, with an upper range reaching $1.25 billion. The company reported approximately $360 million in total assets as of June 30, 2026.
Q2 2026 revenue reaches $34.8 million across diversified holdings
Hyperscale Data's operating portfolio spans defense and aerospace, crane rental, hotels, commercial lending, and blockchain technology and software, alongside the Michigan data center. As of September 13, 2026, the company held approximately $51 million in Bitcoin, cash and restricted cash.
Milton "Todd" Ault III, Chief Executive Officer of Ault & Company and Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, said the firm has committed substantial capital because it believes in the value of Hyperscale Data's assets and the opportunities ahead, citing the executed Michigan customer agreement and expansion potential.
Ault & Company retains option for $96 million in additional preferred stock
