Belle AI Dispatch cuts manual outreach on shift exceptions
Belle AI Dispatch monitors shifts in real time and handles first-touch officer outreach for missed clock-ins, unconfirmed shifts, abandoned posts, early clock-outs and stalled activity. At Minneapolis-based LincRo Security Solutions, which has grown to 120 officers without hiring a dedicated back-office dispatcher, Belle has responded to 2,719 missed clock-ins, with 2,343 -- roughly 86 percent -- resulting in the officer clocking on. Belfry is extending the tool beyond text to voice outreach for time-critical exceptions, with escalation to human staff only when Belle cannot resolve a case under operator-defined rules.
Belle AI Assistant turns operational data into direct answers
Belle AI Assistant lets operators query scheduling, timekeeping, payroll and billing data in plain language, returning answers on metrics such as sites with the most missed clock-ins, overtime concentration by pay period, or officers with certifications expiring within 60 days. Built on Belfry's existing data model for the security industry, the assistant requires no setup to interpret terms like posts, shifts and billable hours.
Belfry Recruiting consolidates hiring into the operations platform
Belfry Recruiting adds applicant tracking to the same system firms use for scheduling, payroll and dispatch, replacing hiring workflows previously scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes or separate software. The module integrates with JobTarget to distribute job postings, tracks candidates in a single pipeline, and moves new hires directly into onboarding, scheduling and payroll.
Security firms cite staffing ratios of eight or more officers per back-office employee
Belfry's rationale for the launch centers on the operational strain security firms face as contracts scale: each new client adds shift confirmations, clock-in tracking, post monitoring, open-shift coverage and ad hoc reporting demands.
