Dublin – October 07, 2026 -- Beyond Now has launched an Agentic Revenue & Ecosystem Orchestration Platform aimed at helping Communications Service Providers (CSPs) capture a larger share of AI-driven revenue, citing industry data that CSPs have so far secured just 2% of AI revenue.
Platform targets fragmented revenue systems across telecom operators
The platform consolidates capabilities typically scattered across siloed IT and Business Support Systems (BSS) environments into a single commercial foundation. It features a headless architecture, shared catalog, single data model and centralized commercial rules, connecting customers, products, partners, pricing, orders and services for use by people, systems and AI agents.
CEO says execution gap, not opportunity, has limited CSP AI revenue
Angus Ward, CEO of Beyond Now, said the lack of a commercial platform — not a shortage of opportunity — has prevented CSPs from converting AI into revenue growth. He positioned the platform's focus on growing existing business lines as distinct from competitors building standalone agent environments and orchestration models.
Architecture supports deployment without replacing core BSS systems
The platform is composable, modular, multi-tenant and event-driven, built on open APIs with Model Context Protocol (MCP) support. This design allows CSPs and technology providers to deploy new capabilities alongside existing infrastructure and expand incrementally, avoiding a full replacement of core IT and BSS systems.
Three growth priorities structure the platform's commercial model
Beyond Now organized the platform around three connected functions: maximizing revenue through faster discovery-to-monetization cycles covering bundling, subscriptions, usage, outcomes and token-based AI consumption; multiplying ecosystems by combining first-party assets, partner capabilities and AI services into multi-party, B2B2X propositions; and accelerating operations with native agentic AI that supports role-based agents working across the revenue lifecycle alongside human staff.
Global carriers already work with Beyond Now on commercial platforms
Beyond Now counts AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, NTT and Verizon among the CSPs and technology companies it serves, with the new platform supporting B2C, B2B and B2B2X business models across these client relationships.
