San Francisco -- October 1, 2026 -- Beyond, a short-term rental revenue management platform, has launched three major features, Owner Hub, Advanced Connectivity, and Performance Manager, bundled with more than 40 additional product updates in its October 2026 Horizons release.
Owner Hub cuts owner-reporting time from 20 minutes to 2 minutes per report
Owner Hub consolidates three existing tools, Owner Projections, Listing Lens, and Owner Reports, into a single workflow for property managers. Running a revenue projection for one listing now takes 1 minute instead of 60, reviewing a listing via Listing Lens drops from 30 minutes to 1 minute, and building an owner report falls from 20 minutes to 2 minutes. Owner Projections generates three scenario-based revenue forecasts from any address or listing URL without a PMS connection, while Owner Reports delivers owner-ready summaries with market context and an editable AI narrative.
Amber Donevant, Revenue & Implementations Manager at Carolina One Vacation Rentals, said the tool has improved owner communication by giving clients year-over-year visibility into their property's performance.
Advanced Connectivity grants customers API and MCP server access to pricing and performance data
The feature lets a customer's own AI assistant execute actions directly on Beyond, such as adjusting base or minimum prices by a set amount or percentage, setting minimum stays, adding rate overrides, or building listing groups across a portfolio by market, bedroom count, or status. Users can also pull reservation, calendar, pacing, and market data in volume for use in external reporting tools. Write access requires explicit permission, changes can be previewed before committing, and every edit routes through the same bulk-edit system as Beyond's in-app editor, making actions visible, reversible, and logged.
Performance Manager isolates underperforming segments by market and bedroom count
The tool replaces manual spreadsheet cross-referencing with a color-coded matrix benchmarking portfolio performance against market and year-over-year data. Clicking into a segment drills down to the specific market, bedroom count, or listing group dragging down results and routes directly into Beyond's Pricing Dashboard with that segment's filters pre-applied.
Platform update adds 40-plus features across pricing, payments, and integrations
Beyond's pricing engine gains new factors including Reputation Factor, Rebook Protection, Listing Benchmark Factor, and Occupancy-Based Pricing, alongside Auto Base Price and Emergency Brake guardrails. The Insights dashboard adds a Search Insights tool for market-level web search data and Automatic Comp Sets for benchmarking. Beyond's Tally payment processor now includes an AI-powered dispute center to reduce manual reconciliation, while Signal, the company's direct booking platform, adds map-driven listing search. Beyond has expanded PMS integrations to include Resly, PropertyStack, SuiteClerk, and Boom, with Evivvo integration planned.
Chief Product Officer Gerard Murphy said Owner Hub gives property managers tools to win and retain owners, while Performance Manager pinpoints underperformance down to market and bedroom count, turning diagnosis into a one-click fix.
