Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- BLUETTI unveiled the Pioneer 5000, a zero-emission electric generator delivering 5 kW continuous power and 18 kW peak output, marking the company's entry into the professional jobsite power segment at IFA Berlin 2026.

The unit is built to run equipment with high startup currents, including electric drills, cut-off saws, air compressors and water pumps. Its LiFePO4 battery starts at 5.12 kWh and can be expanded to 35 kWh for extended off-grid operation.
Device rated IP65 and IK10 for operation in rain, dust and rough terrain
The Pioneer 5000 operates in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C and features a reinforced frame with rugged wheels for mobility across uneven job sites.
Generator produces zero direct exhaust emissions and runs below 50 dB
Unlike fuel generators, the unit requires no refueling or engine maintenance, allowing use indoors, at night, and in noise-restricted locations while lowering operating costs.
AC fast charging restores 5% to 80% battery capacity in 60 minutes
The generator also supports charging via solar panels, vehicles, or fuel generators. A built-in discrete output (DO) interface enables automatic start-stop control, activating backup power only when needed to cut fuel use, engine wear and maintenance costs.
Optional 4G connectivity enables remote monitoring and theft protection
The system integrates professional power interfaces, a UPS function with a 10 ms switching time, and optional 4G connectivity for remote power management, location tracking and anti-theft monitoring, converting the unit into a networked, manageable energy asset aimed at minimizing downtime for professional users.
